Beta Access

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved as follows:

• Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
